We collect your display name, email address, and optional phone number when you register. Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card or UPI data. We also collect usage data such as downloads initiated and pages visited to improve the platform.

Your data is used to process orders, deliver files, send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, verification links), and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Purchase and invoice records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian GST law. If you delete your account, your profile is disabled immediately and all personal data is permanently purged after 90 days. You may revive your account within that 90-day window by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@harivids.in or using the Delete Account option in your profile settings.

We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Razorpay for payment processing. Both are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. No data is shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
