All original content created by harivids.in — including 3D models, mod files, textures, images, website design, and written content — is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright treaties.

BUSSID/BUSSIN and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Where our mods include liveries, logos, or designs based on real-world brands, those brands remain property of their respective owners.If you submit content (e.g., bug reports, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating harivids.in.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Indian and international law:

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-commercial licence to download and use the content for BUSSID/BUSSIN gameplay and related personal projects. Commercial use requires our written permission.

harivids.in displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. We comply with Google AdSense programme policies and do not encourage or artificially inflate ad clicks.

If we provide Google Sign-In for account features, your use of Google authentication is also governed by Google's Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms). We only use information obtained from Google Sign-In as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mod, template, and livery download buttons on harivids.in redirect to sharemods.com, a third-party file hosting platform. By clicking a download button, you will be taken to sharemods.com and your file will be served from their servers.

We do not guarantee that mods or 3D models will be compatible with every version of BUSSID/BUSSIN, or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Downloading and installing mods is done at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, harivids.in and Scrolllist Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or its content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless harivids.in and Scrolllist Web Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of downloaded content in violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit to the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Kerala. The courts of Palakkad, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

If you believe any content on harivids.in infringes your copyright, send a notice to harivids@scrolllist.com containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification and location of the infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a good faith belief statement; (5) accuracy statement under penalty of perjury; (6) your signature. We will respond to valid notices within 36 hours.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of harivids.in after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
