Paid mods and 3D models are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or re-upload any purchased file. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence.

You may not upload our content to other platforms, strip or obscure watermarks, reverse-engineer assets, or use them in commercial projects without a separate written commercial licence from HariVids.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. Accounts found sharing paid downloads will be suspended permanently without refund.

Email verification is required before downloading, purchasing, or voting on requests. This allows download watermarks to be traced to a verified account in case of misuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms. If you delete your account, it is disabled immediately and data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may contact us to revive your account within that period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

We reserve the right to update, remove, or replace mod and model listings at any time. Purchased files remain accessible in your library unless removed due to legal obligation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
